Scheduling
Our existing clients may call or text Francisco at 512-413-3638 to schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments. We regret that we cannot accept new clients at this time.
Client Forms
Abundant Mercy Christian Counseling requires that clients complete all intake documents before the first meeting. A link will be provided to our Simple Practice™️ healthcare platform. The link will give you access to a secure client portal where all the necessary forms will be provided. Once completed and signed they will be uploaded to your client profile. The portal provides a secure (HIPAA compliant) way to send and receive information between you and your counselor.
Telehealth
Abundant Mercy Christian Counseling provides tele-health services through the secure Simple Practice™️ healthcare platform as well. You will be sent a video link with your appointment reminder. There is no need to download any application to access this service.
Policies
Counseling sessions are scheduled for one hour. Additional sessions or longer sessions are decided on an individual basis depending on the need and treatment goals. There is an additional fee for longer sessions.
The fee for each session is due and payable on the day of the session. Simple Practice uses Stripe to make online payment available through the client portal. A “no show” fee of $30.00 will be charged for missed appointments that have not been canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Of course we understand that emergencies arise that does not allow for advance notice. Please advise at your earliest opportunity. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please text Francisco at 512-413-3638.
